• ·         The exam paper contains a code like AE,CE,CS,BT,AG,CH,FC,PE,PI,

• ·         General Aptitude Section will be also of 15% of total marks
• ·         Negative marking is 1/3 for 1 marks question and 2/3 for 2 marks questions.

Gate 2017 exam will contains two types of question in papers:-

1. ·         Numerical Answer Questions:- This type of questions does not have a choice and the candidates has to enter a real number through virtual keyboard. Each question is of 1 or 2 marks.
