The Indian institute of technology soon
going to release the Gate 2017 exam
pattern and syllabus on their official website. The GateApplication Form 2017 is started from 01st September 2017.
The contenders who wants to participated in the Gate exam 2017 they can check from the official website of the
Gate organizing association.
The Syllabus and exam pattern is necessary to
qualify an exam. So the applicants of Gate 2017 exam must check or download Gate exam syllabus and exam pattern 2017
from the official website or from here.

The exam paper contains a code
like AE,CE,CS,BT,AG,CH,FC,PE,PI, XE,TF,MT,MN,IN,ME.
- · The engineering mathematics part contains 15% of total marks.
- · General Aptitude Section will be also of 15% of total marks
- · Negative marking is 1/3 for 1 marks question and 2/3 for 2 marks questions.

Gate
2017 exam will contains two types of question in papers:-
- · Numerical Answer Questions:- This type of questions does not have a choice and the candidates has to enter a real number through virtual keyboard. Each question is of 1 or 2 marks.
- · Multiple choice Question (MCQs):- The Multiple choice have various choices of answer. The contenders has to select one of them. Every question is of 1 or 2 marks.
